Last updated: August, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how and why WealthyDesis (“WealthyDesis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) might collect, use, disclose, store, share, or otherwise process your personal information when you visit WealthyDesis.com (the “Website”) or otherwise use our tools or other services (“Services”). By visiting the Website or using our Services, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure practices as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party sites that might be linked to, or accessible from, the Website.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not visit the Website or use our Services.

Special notice for international users: this Website and our Services are operated from the United States. If you visit the Website or use our Services from outside the United States — including from India — any information we obtain will be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States. Data protection laws applicable to your personal information transferred to the United States may differ from the laws of your country of residence.

1. Information We Collect

Personal information you submit

You may choose to provide personal information when you interact with the Website — for example, any information you include in a message to us through a contact form or email. How you interact with the Website determines which information is collected; we do not currently collect billing, payment, or delivery information because the Website does not sell anything directly.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we may collect certain information automatically using tracking technologies, without you taking a specific action to provide it — for example, your IP address, approximate location, device type, browser type, and information about how you interacted with the Website (pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages). This helps us understand which content is useful and fix what isn’t.

Information collected from other sources

We may obtain limited information about you from vendors or business partners we work with, such as our hosting, analytics, or (once enabled) advertising providers.

2. How We Use the Collected Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests made through the Website;
  • Facilitate your use of the Website, including tailoring features to you and improving your experience;
  • Serve advertisements or conduct other marketing activities, once and if the Website begins that practice;
  • Enhance, improve, or modify the Website, perform data analytics, identify usage trends, diagnose technical problems, and operate and expand our business activities;
  • Prevent and address fraud, breaches of policy, and other harm;
  • Perform other functions as described to you at the time of collection.

3. User-Generated Content

The Website does not currently include comments, forums, or other features that let users submit public content. If we introduce such a feature in the future, the following will apply: content you submit that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be offensive, inappropriate, or not in keeping with the spirit of the Website may be removed, and we may block users for policy violations. By submitting content, you authorize WealthyDesis to use, publish, reproduce, modify, and distribute it — with or without your name — in perpetuity, worldwide, in any WealthyDesis-related media, for any lawful purpose, including promotion and advertising. Submitted content is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and becomes the property of WealthyDesis without compensation to you. You represent that you own any content you submit and that its submission and publication will not violate any third party’s rights or applicable law.

4. Linking to Other Sites or Services

From time to time, we may link to other websites or services not owned, operated, or controlled by WealthyDesis, including social networking platforms. We cannot be responsible or liable for the content or privacy practices of sites we don’t control. A link to a non-WealthyDesis site does not constitute an endorsement. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any linked site you visit.

5. Sharing Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Website (our hosting, analytics, and, once enabled, advertising providers, and similar vendors), who are obligated to keep information we share with them confidential and use it only to provide services to us;
  • Legal compliance — government agencies, regulators, or law enforcement — to comply with law, regulation, court order, or other legal obligation, or to assist investigations;
  • A buyer or successor in connection with a sale, merger, financing, or other transaction involving all or part of our business;
  • Third parties as necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, protect the rights, property, or safety of WealthyDesis or others, or enforce our Terms of Use;
  • Any other third party you or your agent specifically authorize us to share your information with.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration to third-party data brokers as of the date above.

6. How We Keep Your Personal Information Secure

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. Where we share data with third-party service providers, the security of that data while in their hands is their responsibility; we cannot guarantee it will be kept secure by them, and you’re encouraged to review their own security and privacy practices.

7. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We take reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. However, because transmission is via the internet and online storage is not completely secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information we collect from or about you. We retain personal information for as long as there is an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. When we no longer have a legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize the information, or, where that isn’t immediately possible (e.g., information within backup archives), securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (“Cookies”) on the Website to collect and analyze information about visitor interactions. Cookies may help our Website function properly, recognize your device on return visits, and help us understand your use of the Website over time. Our current analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not use tracking cookies and only reports aggregated traffic patterns (such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived) — it does not give us access to an individual visitor’s IP address or browsing history.

The Website does not currently display third-party advertisements. When we enable display advertising (for example, through Google AdSense), Google and its advertising partners will use Cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this Website and other sites, and to measure ad performance. At that point, you will be able to manage personalized-advertising preferences through Google’s Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and review broader opt-out options for participating networks through the Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info/choices) or, for visitors in the EU, Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu). This Policy will be updated with any additional detail Google’s program terms require once that feature is live.

Your browser settings may allow you to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Given the current lack of industry consensus on how to interpret that signal, the Website does not currently recognize it.

9. Your Choices and Your Data Protection Rights

If we have collected your personal information with your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of collection or use before the withdrawal. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information under applicable state privacy law; to submit such a request, contact us below. We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable data protection law.

10. Children’s Privacy and Appropriateness of Content

The Website and our Services are not intended for, nor targeted to, anyone under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we become aware that a person submitting information is under 16, we will delete that information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights under this Policy. Unless permitted by applicable law, we will not deny you use of our Services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level or quality of Services because you exercised those rights.

12. Changes or Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any revision is effective immediately upon posting it to the Website or otherwise notifying you. Your continued use of the Website after we post changes indicates that you agree with them. If a change is unacceptable to you, please discontinue your use of the Website.
